WA529 offers scheduled appointments by phone or Microsoft TEAMS meeting. To schedule a designated time to speak with a GET Contact Center Specialist, please follow the instructions below.
Appointments are available between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday (excluding state holidays).
If you have a question about DreamAhead? Please call the DreamAhead Contact Center at 844.529.5845 weekdays from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm PT. Individuals with speech or hearing disabilities may dial 711 to access Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) from a telephone or TTY. You can also send a message.
Scheduling Your Appointment
Book a Microsoft TEAMS Meeting or Phone Appointment
Please Include the following:
- Time you would like us to call or schedule a TEAMS Meeting
- Email for appointment confirmation
- First and Last Name
- Account Number if you have it
- Phone number
Phone Appointments
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment time.
At the time of your appointment
- Please make sure that you are in a quiet location where your confidential information will remain secure.
- A GET Contact Center Specialist will call you at the time of your appointment.
- If you have been waiting for more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, please call GET at 1.800.955.2318 and let the Contact Center Specialist know there was an issue with your appointment.
Microsoft TEAMS Appointments
You will need a computer/smart device with a camera and an internet connection. If you do not have Microsoft TEAMS downloaded on your device there will be instructions linked in the meeting invitation for the download process OR you can download it prior to the meeting using your App Store.
You will receive a link to the TEAMS meeting in the confirmation email sent when your appointment is created.
At the time of your appointment
Please make sure that you are in a quiet location where your confidential information will remain secure.
- Go to the email confirmation and click on the link to the TEAMS meeting.
- Once the meeting opens it will allow you to turn your camera on or off (GET staff will appear on camera)
- Wait for a Contact Center Specialist to join you.
- If you have been waiting for more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, please call GET at 1.800.955.2318 and let the Contact Center Specialist know there was an issue with your appointment.
