The GET 529 Education Savings Promotion will take place from September 1, 2025, until 11:59 pm (PDT) on September 30, 2025. To be eligible, an entrant must be a Washington State resident with a child/student who is between the ages of birth to 14 years old. One entry per student, per day (for daily lunch bag entrants only). Entries will not be eligible after 11:59 pm (PDT) on September 30, 2025. Each day between Sept 1–30, 2025, WA529 staff will randomly hide the Hootie Lunch Bag image on our website (at random times throughout the business day) for participants to find. Entrants must be the first person to click on it and fill out a simple entry form to win the daily Hootie Lunch Bag. WA529 will notify the daily winner within 24 hours. To claim the prize, the parent or guardian of the winning student must reply to the email from WA529 staff notifying you that your student won the daily lunch box. WA529 must receive the reply within 3 days. Having an existing GET account does not increase your chances of winning and is not required. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the runner-up entry may be selected for this promotion prize as determined by the program. Washington Student Achievement Council employees and their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Families can only win two (2) lunch bags per household.
