Schedule Your Appointment with GET
Book a Microsoft TEAMS meeting or phone appointment.
Please include the following:
- Time you would like us to call or schedule a TEAMS Meeting
- Email for appointment confirmation
- First and Last Name
- Your GET account number if you have it
- Phone number
Confirmation
Once your appointment is created, you will receive an email confirming your appointment time. For TEAMS appointments you will receive a link to the TEAMS meeting in the confirmation email.

Video chat appointments on Teams:
At the time of your appointment:
- Find a quiet location to keep your confidential information secure.
- Click on the link to the TEAMS Meeting in the email confirmation.
- After the meeting opens, you can turn your camera on/off (GET staff will appear on camera)
- Wait for a Contact Center Specialist to join you.
- If you experience a 10 minute wait past your appointment, please call GET at (800) 955-2318 and let a Contact Center Specialist know there was an issue with your appointment.
Please note: You will need a computer/smart device with a camera and an internet connection. To download Microsoft TEAMS on your device, follow the instructions linked in the meeting invitation OR download it prior to the meeting using your App Store.

- A GET Contact Center Specialist will call you at the time of your appointment.
- If you experience a 10 minute wait past your appointment, please call GET at (800) 955-2318 and let a Contact Center Specialist know there was an issue with your appointment.
