• Parent, guardian, or the student must be a Washington State resident at the time of entry.
• Student entrant must be age birth to 14 years of age at the time of entry.
• Parent/guardian must submit an entry form by 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) September 30, 2025.
• ONE entry per student (for the $529 prize).
• ONE entry per student per day* (for the lunch bag prize). 
  *Entrants may win a maximum of two (2) lunch bags per family: one lunch bag per student and one winner per family per day.

• Fill out the $529 Prize Online Entry Form before 11:59 p.m. (PT) on September 30, 2025. Information will be used solely for purposes of this contest.
• Search the WA529 and GET webpages (weekdays) to find the daily hidden lunch bag image. Be one of the first two (2) entrants to find the daily lunch bag image, click on it, and fill out the online lunch bag entry form to enter to win a lunch bag and receive a bonus entry in the $529 prize drawing. *Participants may win a maximum of two (2) lunch bags per family during this promotion: one lunch bag per student and one student winner per family per day.
• Alternate means of entry for the $529 prize: provide the student’s full name and age, parent/guardian’s full name, address, and valid email address by mailing a letter/postcard to WA529 GET, PO Box 43450, Olympia, WA 98504-3450. Letter/postcard must be printed clearly and received by GET before 5:00 p.m. (PT) on September 30, 2025. WA529 is not responsible for delayed or lost mail; our offices are not open for walk-in visitors.
• Having an existing GET account is NOT required for entry and does NOT increase chances of winning. 

• One (1) $529 prize will be awarded to one winner, announced by 5:00 p.m. (PT) on October 1, 2025.
• The $529 prize will be awarded in the form of a deposit into a new or existing GET Prepaid Tuition account.
• Two (2) entrants per day (weekdays in September) will win an exclusive Hootie Lunch Bag & receive a bonus entry in the $529 prize drawing.

• One (1) winning student for the $529 prize will be announced on October 1, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. (PT). Official notification will be sent to the parent/guardian's email provided on their entry form.
• To claim the $529 prize, the parent or guardian of the student entrant must have an active GET account with the winning student as the beneficiary by 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Nov 15, 2025.
• If the parent/legal guardian of the winning student is not already a GET Prepaid Tuition plan account owner with the winning student as the beneficiary, a parent/legal guardian of the winning student must open a GET account by 5:00 p.m. PT on Nov 15, 2025. A $25 minimum deposit is NOT required to open a GET account for promotion winners, see Official Rules for important details.
• Two (2) weekday lunch bag winners will be notified daily (M-F) if they were the first two entrants to find the hidden daily lunch bag image and be the first two entrants to successfully complete and submit a lunch bag entry form. Winners must reply to the email notification within three (3) business days to claim the prize.

• WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL. If a valid email is not provided upon entry, the selected winner will automatically forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Entrants who have been selected as winners of any WA529 Promotion or Contest in the last 24 months (2 years) are not eligible to win the $529 prize for the 2025 WA529 Education Savings Month Promotion. They are eligible to win an exclusive Hootie Lunch Bag.
• To open a GET account, a legal name, date of birth, and Social Security/tax Identification number for the account owner, the student beneficiary, and an account owner survivor are required. A valid email is also required for both the account owner & the account owner survivor.
• A $25 minimum deposit is NOT REQUIRED to open a GET account for winners of this promotion (winners will be directed to a specific link on our website that allows them to open an account without the $25 minimum deposit).
• If a winner’s parent or guardian does not have an active GET account, or fails to open an active GET account by 5:00 p.m. PT on Nov 15, 2025,  the winner will immediately forfeit the prize. In this case, no alternate winner will be selected, and that prize will not be awarded.
• No purchase necessary to win. Having an existing GET account is not required and does not increase your chances of winning.
• Any taxes and other costs associated with the Promotion are solely the responsibility of the recipient and/or beneficiary.
